Individual - Choose Individual If:
  • You are married and a Wisconsin resident or you live in a community property state and are applying for credit in your own name
  • You are unmarried or applying for credit in your own name and not relying on the income or assets of another person.
Joint - Choose Joint If:
  • You are applying for credit with another person who is not your spouse
  • You are applying for credit jointly with your spouse and you do not live in a community property state
